Application Fee, Clarification of Inservice Inspection Relief The Omaha Public Power District recently received Reference (2) regarding an application fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.
The District's application (Reference (3)) requesting clarification of inservice inspection relief related to reactor vessel-to-nozzle wolds did not contain the required application fee. The Dis-trict subsequently received Reference (4) requesting this fee within 15 days from receipt of letter.
Accordingly, please find attached a check for $150.00 for the application fee.
