you have taken to correct the violation which we brought to your attention in
Inspection Report No. 50-123/85003 forwarded by our letter dated June 12, 1985.
We have a concern pertaining to your corrective actions which is addressed in'
Paragraph C of the enclosure to this letter. Please advise us in writing of
your actions to correct the concern within 30 days after receipt of this letter.
Areas addressed in the enclosure to this letter concern a subject matter which
is exempt from disclosure according to Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of
Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Consequently, the
enclosure to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
Therefore, your written response pertaining to the concern identified in
the enclosure to this letter should be submitted as a separate enclosure to
your transmittal letter.
The response directed by this letter is not subject to the clearance proce-
dures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
