EXAMINATION REPORT, Fort Calhoun Station (FCS)
On June 18, 1985, NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your FCS facility. At the conclusion of the examinations, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
During the course of examination it was observed that there is no clear cut policy on the use of Procedure OP-10, Abnormal Condition Procedures (see Section B.(1) of enclosure for details).
NRC requests a response on this matter within 60 days of the date of.this report.
