PHILADELPHIA ELECTRJC COMPANY PUBLIC SERVEE ELECTRIC AND GAS COMPANY DJMi&9VA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY ATLANTIC CITY ELECTRIC COMPANY-D_QCKET NOS. 50-277 AND 50-278 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE-The United States. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has granted the request of Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo, the licensee) to withdraw its October 5, 1992, application for proposed amendment to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-44 and OPR-56 for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit Nos. 2 and 3, located in York County, Pennsylvania.
The proposed amendment would have revised the Tables' 3.7.1 and 3.7.4.
of the Technical Specifications (TS) to include the new 16" butterfly-valve on the hardened torus vent 'line, valve A0-8(9)0290.
The Commission had previously issued a Notice of Consideration of
-Issuance of Amendment published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on October 28,.1992-(57 FR 48824). However, by letter dated December 17, 1992, the licensee withdrew the proposed change.
