POWER ASCENSION SCHEDULE MEETING HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 As indicated at the Hope Creek NRC Caseload Management Meeting on June 26, 1985, an accelerated power ascension test program is planned for the Hope Creek Generating Station. The accelerated program is targeting for the completion of the power ascension test program in 185 days, or less, as compared to the 240 days currently forecast in the FSAR.
Certain aspects of the accelerated test program will require NRC review and approval. In order to start the NRC's consideration of these matters, a meeting with NRC management and technical personnel hes been requested for the first of August. As outlined on the attached agenda, Mr. C. A. McNeill, Vice President - Nuclear and Mr. W. Schell, Power Ascension Director, will give a one nour management summary, followed by a more detailed technical meeting.
