DOCKET NOS. 50-321 AND 50-366 REVIEW 0F PROPOSED CHANGE TO HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PLAN We have completed our review of the proposed revision to the Hatch Nuclear Plant Radiological Emergency Plan discussed in your letter dated May 3,1985.
Our review of your proposed change indicates the proposed change does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
The planning standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50 will be satisfied by the proposed change.
