The staff has reviewed and evaluated the information provided in your relief request and concludes that your request provides adequate justification to authorize your proposed alternative to the Aaerican Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Section IX requirement pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(a)(3)(i) as set forth in the enclosed Safety Evaluation.
