A routine safety inspection of your transportation and radioactive waste pro-
grams was conducted by Mr. H. Bicehouse of this office on June 24 - 28, 1985.
Our findings were discussed with Mr. J. Pelletier of your staff at the con-
. clusion of the inspection on June 28, 1985.
Areas'of the transportation and radioactive waste programs examined during this
inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspection Report which is en-
closed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of se-
lective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations and measurements made by the inspector.

. at' ntion in the enclosure to our letter, dated April 2,1984. The corrective
