In accordance with your application dated July 12, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to revise subsection 1.8.4.1 of your license regarding the use of licensed material at job sites where NRC maintains the jurisdiction.
Condition 9 of Materials License No. SNM-1097 is revised to read:

Authorized Use:
For use in accordance with statements, representations, and condi-tions of Part I of the licensee's application dated May 14, June 20, September 24, October 23, November 12, November 20, December 3, and December 19, 1984, and February 6, and July 12, 1985.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
