By letter dated May 28, 1985, you provided responses to open items identified in our April 19, 1985 Safety Evaluation (SE), which was prepared using input from Science Applications International Corporation. We have reviewed your responses to the open items for the Post-Trip Review Program and Procedures for Millstone Unit 2 (Item 1.1 of Generic Letter 83-28) and find that all open issues have been resolved. Thus, we conclude that the Post-Trip Review Program and Procedures for Hillstone Unit 2 are acceptable. Our revised SE is enclosed.
