Revision to Emergency Plan Appendix J, Revision 5.3 -
Cross Reference to NUREG-0654 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (q), this letter transmits revision 5.3 to the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station Emergency Plan, Appendix J,
" Cross Reference to NUREG-0654".
Appendix J has been revised to more specifically identify the sections of the Emergency Plan that correspond to sections of NUREG-0654.
Also enclosed is a summary of the changes made to Appendix J.
This change does not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
The plans, as revised, continue to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
