EXTENSION OF DATE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF EMERGENCY PLAN In response to your letter dated May 7,1985, requesting an extension of time to complete the implementation of your emergency plan, we find your request acceptable and grant the extension of time until October 14, 1985.
However, you must assure yourself that any significant modifications to your facility do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan that we have reviewed and approved.
If you have further questions, please contact Robert E. Carter, our Project Manager for your facility at 301-492-9795.
