This acknowledges the receipt of your letters of April 24 and June 4,1985, by which you transmitted Revision 15 to the Fort St. Vrain Physical Security Plan and proposed changes to the Plan in Revision 16, respectfully.

We find the changes incorporated in Revision 15 to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

We also find your proposea steps to provide compensatory measures for the protection of vital equipment until such time the proposed changes in Revision 16 are accomplished to be acceptable. We have reviewed the proposed changes for Revision 16 to tne Physical Security Plan and find the changes to be acceptable for submission under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

Accordingly, it is our understanding that you will follow the commitments and course of action described in your letter of June 4,1985.

The enclosures to your letters contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
