SUBJECT:
HYDROGEN CONTROL RULE We have polled Commissioners in response to your memorandum of April 12, 1984 and have determined that a majority (Chairman Palladino and Commissioners Roberts and Bernthal) prefer to wait for the additional information that the EDO indicated would be forthcoming in his March 15, 1984 memorandum. That information is now expected in early May. Commissioner Asselstine would proceed with the rule at this time.
