On March 15, 1984 you advised the commission that the staff was evaluating new information obtained from the EPRI hydrogen burn equipment tests. You indicated that you would keep the
, Commission advised and would provide recommendations on how and when to proceed with the subject paper.
Your office has recently advised my staff that it will be September 1984 before you will be able to provide the Commission with additional information.
We are therefore returning the subject paper to you without Commission action and ask that it be updated and resubmitted to the Commission when appropriate.
Commissioners Gilinsky and Asselstine would have proceeded with the rule in accordance with their previous votes on the paper.
