Docket Nos. 50-206, 50-361 and 50-362 Physical Security Plan Changes, Revision 5 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated April 26, 1984, the August 1983 " Physical Security Plan, San Onofre Units 1, 2 and 3" was approved by the NRC. Also, by letters dated November 27, 1984 through June 11, 1985, Revisions 1 through 3A to this Plan were approved by the NRC. Revisions 4 and 6 to this Plan, submitted by letters dated April 10, 1985 and June 10, 1985, are under review at NRC Headquarters.
As a result of our continuing review and updating of this Plan, a number of changes to this Plan have been made. Accordingly, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), enclosed are six (6) copies of a description of the changes and of Revision 5 to the August 1983 Physical Security Plan which is notification of the changes. The changes are Identified with a vertical bar and the number "5" in the right margin of the text pages. The changes described in the enclosures do not decrease the safeguards offectiveness of this Plan.
The enclosures contain " Safeguards information" as specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and should be protected against unauthorized disclosure.
