Docket 50-305 Operating License DPR-43 Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Revisions to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant Industrial Security Manual Attached please find six (6) copies of revision 7 to the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) Industrial Security Manual (ISM).
In general, the ISM has been revised to resolve a previously proposed manual revision and to address the con-cerns expressed by NRC inspectors at an exit meeting at the KNPP on April 11, 1985.
A narrative description of the revisions has been included as Attachment A to this letter to aid in your review. The affected ISM pages have been i
incorporated as Attachment B, with the changes highlighted with revision bars.
I WPSC has determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effec-tiveness of the Security Manual and are therefore submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The attachments to this letter contain Security Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21, and therefore shall not be placed in the public docu-ment rooms.
