Last week we received your Second Reply to CASE's Request for Admissions.
As you must realize, the reply is woefully behind schedule.
Your commitment, as per the agreements reached between the Staff and the Applicant, as confirmed by an April 22, 1985 letter to the Board from Robert A. Wooldridge, was to provide answers 20 days after the publication of the relevant Supplemental Safety Evaluation Report.
We consider that commitment to have the force of a Board established filing date which, if you cannot meet, you will seek leave for late filing from the parties and/or the Board.
