LETTER FROM WARREN WILSON COLLEGE Your assistance is requested in preparing an answer to the enclosed letter from Warren Wilson College. Your assistance should consist of (a) an explanation of how the Exhibits 10-13 to our letter of September 27, 1984 to Mr. E. Gogol came into the possession of Region III inspectors, (b) a description of how Region III inspectors verified the results of the Zion containment integrated leak rate tests, i.e, whether they depended on the licensee's computer software, and (c) a statement regarding the ccmputer software the inspectors used (if any) in performing their own independent calculations.

The work should be conducted under TAC 57806. This request has been discussed between Jan A. Norris, the NRR Project Manager, and ran Ridgway, William Guldemond and F. Maura.
