This is in further response to your letter of May 7, 1984 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 13 categories of documents regarding why the number of civil penalties increased greatly between 1979 and 1980.
The documents listed on Appendix A are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC. The documents listed on Appendix B are already located in the PDR, and the PDR Accession Numbers are indicated beside the document descriptions.
