Gentlemen:

We have reviewed your letter of April 15, 1985, in response to our letter

and the attached Notice of Violation dated March 21, 1985. As a result

of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your

Mr. R. A. Jones on April 25, 1985, is needed.

Specifically, your corrective

action does not address all of che plant fluid flow and level detectors which

may require maintenance and are under high pressure, subject to elevated

temperature, or subject to radiological control. We also fail to understand

why only the reference leg valves are to be tagged, and no reference was made

as to the identification of the other instrument valves.

Please provide the supplemental information regarding activities associated

with plant differential pressure detectors and tagging of all instrument

valves, within 30 days of the date of this letter.
