Dear Mr. Sholly:
This is in response to your letter dated January 28, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infonnation Act (FOIA), all drafts and inputs to NUREG-0956.
In a telephone conversation with Ms. Nina Toms on March 13, 1985, you agreed to accept a copy of the February 20, 1984, draft outline of the contents for NUREG-0956 at this time in lieu of the predecisional drafts and inputs to NUREG-0956.
In the event you are interested in such records in the future, please submit another request within six months of the publication of draft NUREG-0956 for public coment.
A copy of this outline is being placed in the Public Document Room in file folder F0!A-85-70 in response to your request.
