under this contract. The contractor has completed all requirements requested by the Government at a total cost of $15,312.42.
The Government has paid the contractor $15,312.42 for all services rendered.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made.
Under Article V - Consideration and Block 12 of Standard Form 30, the total cost and obligation for the performance of this contract are decreased by $436.14 from $15,748.58 to $15,312.42. Therefore, Article V and Block 12 are deleted in their entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
