Pope 2 of 2 Pages U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMisslON EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XSNM02700 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Dectoration^ covering each export and risork one of such copies for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-lotory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following dectoration should ac-company or be placed on the Shipper's Export Decturotions for such exports:
"This shipment is being mode pursvant to specific license number (specific license number) f. led at (locetion of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped balonce remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declarotion.'
Condition 2 - Esports authorized in any country or destinotion, except Country Groups O, S, W, X, Y, and 2 in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehens ve Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Cond: lion 3 - This bcense covers only the nuclear content of the material.
Condition 4 - The material to be esported under this license shall be shipped in accordonce with the physical protection requirements for speciol nucleo# material in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Special nuclear material author. zed for export under this I; cense shall not be transpo: _d outside the United States in possenger carrying circraf t in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20' curies, whichever is less, of plutonium' or uranium 233, or (2) 350 groms of urcnium 235.
Condition 6-This hcense authoraes esport only and does not authorize the rece pt, pnys. col possession use of the nuclear material.
Condition 7.- The hcensee shall complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment of source material exporte.d under this license.
