Termination of Materials '.icense No. SNM-910 This is in reference to your application dated August 17, 1992, for renewal of the subject license and the State of New York, Department of_ Health, letter dated November 30, 1992, addressed to you with a copy to us.

The State of New York has amended your Radioactive Materials License No.1035 to include certain of the materials you were authorized to possess under your current NRC license. As to the remainder of the materials, by your letter dated July 21, 1992, and the subsequent submission of Nuclear Material .

Transaction Reports (DOE /NRC Forms 741) ZSX-KZA-5 dated February 7, 1992; ZSX-FZF-3 dated March 3, 1992; ISX-AVA-1, ZSX-AUA-2, and ZSX-AUA-3. dated March 10, 1992; and ZSX-VAQ-1 and ZSX-VAQ-2 dated June 24, 1992; you have claimed that-all of these have been transferred to other entities. Da the basis of these, it ap) ears that the need for renewal of License No. SNM-910 no longer exists, and tie license may now be terminated.

We draw your attention to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section-70.38, which specifies requirements for license termination. 'We request you to address these requirements and submit the necessary documentation, so as to enable us to determine whether we may now terminate your license. Most importantly, you must include the information specified in paragraph (c)(1)(iv), which requires a completion of decommissioning, of allcompleted areas of theNRC Form campus, 314SNM where (enclosed),
