General Electric Company Nuclear Fuels Department P.O. Box 780 Wilmington, NC 28401-0780 Atten: R.A. Bruce (919) 675-5582 License No. SNM1097 on an ZSX-YLJ-1 transaction dated August 5,1992 (copy attached). This was Item G on our SNM License.

Discussion with NYSHD persons this morning indicated our license transfer SNM-910 to NYSHD-1035 will be signed this week. I understand that you have talked to a Mr. Parker and that he is sending you a copy of NYSHD License 1035 when signed.
