Dear Mr. Denton:

Reference 1 requested a change to the steam generator tube plugging limit specified in the Wolf Creek 'nx:hnical Specification 4.4.5.4a.6. KG&E withdraws this change request at this time but may resubmit the change at a later date.

Reference 2 requested a change to footnotes in Wolf Creek Technical Specifications 4.5.3.2 and 4.1.2.3.2. Per discussions with the NRC staff, KG&E requests the two (2) hour time duration specified in the change request be revised to read one (1) hour.

See the attached marked up pages.

The Wolf Creek Technical Specifications Appendix A to License No.

NPF-32, (NUREG-1104) as revised by References 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the above information, in my judgement, accurately reflect the plant design, FSAR and SER.
