TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS - DEFINITION RENUMBERING Consumers Power Company submittal of July 30, 1984 provided a Technical Specifications Change Request that reflected the reporting requirements of 10CFR50.72 and 10CFR50.73. In that submittal a new Definition Section 1.2.8 was added and the proposed change included several items which reference this section number. A subsequent Technical Specification Change Request of November 14, 1984, for Operability Requirements also added a new, but different, Definition Section 1.2.8. Our submittal of the proposed Radio-logical Effluent Technical Specifications (letter dated January 7,1985) was consistent with this latter Technical Specification Change Request.

To avoid confusion between the three referenced change requests it is asked the July 30, 1984 change request be revised by renumbering the Definition Section 1.2.8 to 1.2.14. This renumbering will affect section I.A, I.B and I.F of the change request. The revised page changes are attached.
