Dear Mr. Nulsen:
Re: Docket No. 70-3020 The Commonwealth Edison Company has asked the Nuclear Assurance Corporation to obtain approval to use a previously approved route for a shipment of spent fuel from the (former) Nuclear Fuel Services Facility near West Valley, New York, to the Dresden Nuclear Station near Morris, Illinois.
This route, described in Section 3 below, was used by Transnuclear, Inc.,
for a series of shipments in 1984 and was approved by the NRC on February 8,
.1984.
In accordance with the guidelines for submittal contained in NUREG-0561, the following information is provided:
