Tedesco, in order to answer an inquiry from H. Price, on June 14, 1971, I called Al Ward of NSP to discuss the reporting of probable fuel enrichment devi-ations at Monticello. Mr. Ward said that a report would be ready within ten days. The report will include'the results of the complete inspection of the Commonwealth Edison reactors fuel, the. logic that only 92 of the 494 assemblies are affected, the basis for determining the probability that 12.1 rods may have enrichment deviatioma,-and the consequences of the acci-dents analysed assuming the feel enrichment deviations.
