It is our understanding that the licensee of the reference 741 pursuant to 10 CFR 70.53 and 70.54.
As intervenors in the referenced dockets, we customarily receive copies of most licensee reports to the Commission; however, our The local Public files are devoid of any 742 or 741 report.
Document Room at the Minneapolis Public Library is one repository for all documents on the referenced dockets; however, their ascension lists do not reveal the presence of any 742 or 741 report.
are we correct in believing
- First, We have several questions.

Second, has the licensee complied and if so, why do those reportsThird, precisely that fail to exist in our local Public Document Room?
