As intervenors in the referenced dockets, we customarily receive copies of most licensee reports to the Commission; however, our files are devoid of any 742 or 741 report. The local Public Document Room at the Minneapolis Public Library is one repository for all documents on the referenced dockets; however, their ascension lists do not reveal the presence of any 742 or 741 report.
