J' on the concern about reactor vessel stub tube inclusions for the Monticello facility.

%,5 has informed me today, November 14, 1968, that the history of the Sufficient Inconel Inconel stub tube material was obtained from CB&I.

I am still inquiring into the potential long term influence, if any, of carben inclusions, but feel that in light of the disagreement about c*, 2 the identity of the tramp material that the applicant's should be "P;
requested to perform, or have performed, an independent analysis on sone spare material.
