GENERIC LETTER 83-28, ITEM 1.2 (POST-TRIP REVIEW-DATA AND INFORMATION CAPABILITY)

By letter dated November 4,1983, you responded to Generic Letter 83-28 with regard to required actions based on the generic implications of Salem ATWS events. The enclosed SE was prepared by the NRC staff based upon Technical Evaluation Report input from its consultant Science Applications International Corporation. The TER was discussed with the appropriate VEPC0 staff by telephone call made May 23, 1985.

Based on our review, we conclude that your Post-trip review data and informa-tion cipabilities for the North Anna Power Station, Units No. I and No. 2 are acceptable.
