On December 17,1992 Cooper-Bessernor Products Division, a division of Cooper -
Industries issued a final report (our Rel. OCG-9218) concerning a defect on cast steel cylinder heads.
in addition to the part numbers identified, one additional pa.'t number has been discovered, 1 A 7680, which had been supplied to Southem Califomia Edison. A copy of this report is '
being sent to the affected utility.
