one original of Revision 14 to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Nuclear Quality Assuranco Program is enclosed. The Nuclear Quality Assurance Program
[ Portland General Electric Company (PCE)-8010) is Chapter 17.0 of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
This revision consists of reorganization changes and administrative changes.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3) these changes do not reduce the conunitments contained in the Nucleer Quality Assurance Program description contained in Revision 13.
Revision 14 accurately represents changes made since the previous submittal. provides a description of the changes. provides the reasons for the changes, stuumarios of the bases for concluding that the revised program continues to satisfy 10 CFR-50, Appendix B and the Quality Assurance Program description conunitments previously accepted by the Nuclear Regulatory Conunission (NRC), and the bases for concluding that the Quality Assurance' Program description commitments previously accepted by the NRC are not reduced.
