CASELOAD FORECAST PANEL SITE VISIT As you are aware from telephone conversations with your Project Manager the NRC is planning a caseload forecast panel visit to the Clinton Power Station.

Your proposed dates of July 23 and 24,1985 for this site visit have been determined to be acceptable.

The panel is comprised of the following members:

Resource Management Analyst R. Hartfield Licensing Branch Chief W. Butler Licensing Project Manager B. Siegel Resident Inspector P. Gwynn Region III Representative To be determined The enclosure contains a meeting agenda which identifies the items and issues we plan to cover during this site visit. Items or issues not applicable to Clinton Power Station should be deleted from the agenda. Conversely any items or issues which could have a potential impact on your projected fuel load date, that have not been identified, should also be addressed.

If you have any questions regarding the caseload panel's site visit or the enclosed meeting agenda, contact your Project Manager.
