In a letter dated January 10, 1970, to the Chairman of the Atmic Energy Cornietion, the Advisory Com:nittee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) reported the results of its review of the application. A copy of

During this same period of titte, the AEC regulatory staff vill be completing the development and review of the technical specifications for the operation of the plant and vill be drafting the terans of the proposed provisicnal operating licente.-
