The syp11sant's initial decision met to imort the containment has been reve reed. Amendment 21 states their intent to install the meanssary equipment prior to operaties. This is is asserd with our present position on cantainment inerting requirements.

eny special design provisions for this plant at this tine. This position is th's same as that taken on Dresden 2 and other recently licensed facilities.
