versations of 2/21/75 re the subject. DRL's position is that Battelle has been authorized to respond to pertinent Board's questions as contained in their 1/27/75 filing. In the judgement of both EP staff and Battelle, this can be done adequately within the current funds ($2-$3000) available at DNWL for this effort.
As Project Manager for the'Honticello review, I propose to introduce the 3.
responses into evidence and to respond to any additional Board oral questions unless such questions are of such depth as to exceed my competence to respond.
