Kreger, Chief, Radiological Assessmont Branch, DSE REVIEW OF THE APPLICANT'S PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE RADIATION ENVIRON-MEllTAL MONITORING PROGRAM - MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GEHERATING PLANT P1 case conduct a review of the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications, Appendix A, of the Provisional Operating License for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant.
The proposed changes are in the Radiation Environmental Monitoring Program as described in Exhibit A attached.
In order to expedite the proposed changes in a timely manner, the results of your review are needed by February 27, 1976.
