CPri-31, as atended,- the latest completion date has i been extended to Tehruary 1,1971. i ho co;,1cs of the cpplicant's petition stating the reasons for requesting the extcusion and two copies of the Commission's Order are encloecd fo- the information of the Joint Cotmittee. -

A copy of the Order has been sent to the Office of the Federal Tc;;1cter for filing and publication.
