COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION (CPSES)
DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 TV ELECTRIC ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES Gentlemen:
TV Electric has recently implemented changes to the TV Elec;ric corporate and the CPSES site organizational structures.
These change 3 in part, are being made to operate and support the operation of two units et cPSES.
These changes have been discussed with the project manager for CPSES within the Of fice of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and were made available to the Operational Readiness Assessment Team on site.
All previously assigned responsibilities and duties have been reassigned to appropriate positions within the new organization structure. TV Electric remains in compliance with the CPSES Unit 1 Technical Specification and the proposed d.ual unit Tt:chnical Specifications.
Specific functions within the-Technical Specifications are reassigned as follows:
o The " Group Vice President. Nuclear Engineer and Operations" functions are reassigned to the ' Group Vice President. Nuclear Production" o
The " Chief Engineer' functions are reassigned to the "Vice President of Huclear Engineering and Support" o
The ' Plant Manager" functions are reassigned to the 'Vice President of Nuclear Operations" o
The "Vice President, Nuclear Operations' site functions are res. signed to the 'Vice President of Nuclear Operations
- o The "Vice President. Nuclear Operations" corporate functions are reassigned to the " Group Vice President. Nuclear Production."
