program. In view of concern for the Monticello ND7T surveillance requirements recently expressed by TR representative K.' Hogo, your cossments related 4
to item 16 and the proposed revised Technical Specification pages are requested.
Completion of your effort in the form of a written statement prior to Decader 13, 1974 will permit us to couplete our review of the NSP proposal by December 31,11974 as requested by NSP. The NSP letter notes that the requested changes will affect surveillance scheduled for January 1975 during the refueling outage.
