On April 22-20, 1985, NRC inspected activities authorized by NRC Operating
Licensa Nos. NPF-2 and NPF-8 for your J. M. Farley facility. At the conclusion
of- the insp ction, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the enclosed inspection report.
Areas examine'd during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these
areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and -
. representative records, interviews with personnel, 3rd observation of activities
in progress.
