Dear Mr. Starostecki:
This letter transmits revisions to Appendix 0 to the Unit 2 PSAR; " Quality Assurance Program." Revisions have been made to better define the NMPC Quality Assurance activities and organization for Nine Mile Point Unit 2.
These revisions (shown by vertical lines in the margins) consist of improvements to the Q.A. program and do not reduce the number of Q.A.
comitments. Additionally, as of the date of this submittal, execution of portions of Project Quality Assurance performed by General Electric shall be in accordance with the latest revision of " Nuclear Energy Business Operations Boiling Water Reactor Quality Assurance Program Description, NED0-ll209-04A.
