License Change Application (LCA) 227 -- Deferral of Unscheduled Steam Cene ;cor Inservice Inspection Attached is one signed original of LCA 227 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This LCA proposes to defer the unschcouled steam generator inservice inspection required by Technical Specifica-tion 4.4.5.3.c.1 Inspection Frequencies.
Attachment I provides the description of tt'e change, reason.for the change, and the no significant hazards consideration determination. A copy of the current page of the Technical Specifications for which changes are proposed t
and a copy of the same page with the changes annotated are also provided in Attachment I.
Attachment II provides a technical evaluation in support of the Technical Specification change request.
It is requested that this LCA be processed as an emergency amendment in accordance with Section 50.91(a)(5) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR 50.91(a)(5)). The basis for requesting'an emergency amendment is provided in Attachment I.
