p The purpose of this inspection was to review your systems and procedures for

post-accident sampling and monitoring as specified in NUREG-0737. Within the

-scope of this review, no violations were observed. However, several areas

were identified that should be ireproved to ensure reliability of system

operation and credibility of-the information generated.

We 'are particularly ~ concerned about your ability to collect representative

~

[~, samples of 1) reactor coolant under all emergency cooling modes and-lcw

reactor pressure conditions (Item II.B.3); and 2) high activity effluent

1 releases of particulates and radiciodines (Item II.F.1-2).
