In lieu of the cogletion date of August 1,1970 as specified in Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-31, as amended, the latest completion date has been extended to February 1, 1971.
A copy of the Order, which has been transmitted to the Office of the Federal Register for filing and publication, is enclosed for your information.
