MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT - DOCKET NO. 50-263 4
2 I called Mr. Richard Lofy on March 31, 1967, regarding Parameter,'Inc.,
participation in the coming Northern States power hearing.
I outlined to him that our plan is to write a brief report concerning field fabri-a cation of the Monticello ptessure vessel and that this report would be attached as an Appendix to our Safety Analysis.
In this Appendix, we would indicate that Parameter, Inc., has been a consultant to the j
regulatory staf f and has reviewed all of the material submitted con-4 cerning field fabrication. We would also indicate in the Appendix that i
Parameter, Inc., is in agreement with the material presented in the j
Appendix. I told Mr. Lofy that we would send a draft of this proposed i
Appendix to him for his review and/or comment within two or three weeks.
l The procedure that I outlined is acceptable to him. _1 also noted that 1
there is a possibility that he or other representatives of Parameter, j
inc., might.be called upon to testify at the public hearing.
