- .1 MNTICELLO NJCLEAR GEND% TING PIANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. IFR-22 On November 13, 1973, it was discovered that the average planar UCR and the local U1GR were not checked on Novmber 9 in accordance with established surveillance requirements. An evaluation of the logged camputer data for November 9 verules that no limiting condition for operation was approached.
Additional aanihistrative measures are being considered to prevent similar l
occurrences frm happening in the future.
